Do you get gratuity if you resign in Oman?

Yes. In Oman, an ordinary resignation doesn't reduce your end-of-service gratuity, as long as you serve your notice period. You lose it only if you're dismissed for serious misconduct under Article 40.
Serve your notice
For monthly-paid workers the notice is 30 days, unless your contract says longer. See notice periods in Oman.
Article 40: when you lose it
Article 40 lets the employer dismiss a worker without notice and without gratuity for serious misconduct. If you think a dismissal was unfair, you can complain to the Ministry of Labour within 30 days of being told.
If the employer breaks the contract
If the employer seriously breaches its obligations, Article 41 allows you to leave without notice and keep your full rights.
Work out your amount
The formula depends on your contract date. See old vs new contract or use the Oman calculator.
